The engraving is nice, but I don’t know if it’s unrealistic of me to expect, I just wished that it would be easier to see/read. It’s hard to see - taking a picture it looks a lot more clearer than it does to my eye. I really have to get it in a certain light to be able to see it? I wish I could be a little bit deeper or darker?
I got this as a 9 month anniversary for my girlfriend, I had kept my eye on it for months and finally the restock happened and I was able to snag it. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, it is a beautiful ring with such great quality I will definitely be buying more from HJ. Ps. Make a promise band for the guys plz.
Awesome experience they got a little hiccup where my order got send incomplete one of the ring didn't come with the original order but I expressed my problem to then colect some info and few days later they got my a email of my ring engraved and about to be shipped with no extra cost to me and fixing the mix up and week later I got my piece thank you HJ people great work and fabulous pieces by the way
I love the ring and bracelet!! very swag. I loved the engraving letters behind the mini heart ring. The tracking for the shipping was a small issue because i didn't get a notification. It was resolved a day later.

i placed two separate orders that were later combined into one shipment, so i want to separate my experience with each item. sterling silver ring (.925) this ring arrived with quality issues right out of the box. one amber brown coffin gem was loose when i received it, and shortly after, both stones began rattling and moving freely. this is not about how the ring feels, but about how the stones were mounted against the prongs. this should not happen on a brand new piece and makes the ring feel unwearable without repair. rating: 1 out of 5 stainless steel ring blood red before the order shipped, i reached out to support multiple times to update the engraving and was told it would be changed. despite that confirmation, the ring arrived without the updated engraving. the ring itself is fine, but the engraving was a big part of why this was ordered as a gift. rating: 2 out of 5 i chose Hard Jewelry because of their emphasis on craftsmanship and quality. between the unsecured stones on the silver ring and the engraving issue on the steel ring, this experience was really disappointing.
